Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• LCSW/LSW/CSW required
• Experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting, within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.
• Strong, but comforting, communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
