What We Are Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Virginia who are eager to make a difference and grow with our team. Ideal candidates include:

• Providers willing to see 25+ clients weekly

• Behavioral health generalists eager to work with couples and children (with our support)

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork

• Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Those who exhibit strong character, integrity, and a commitment to delivering quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Virginia

• Must reside and hold licensure in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
 Earn up to $103,600, determined by licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
