Your Role
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts ready to make a significant impact. We encourage applications from those who:

• Are enthusiastic about managing 25+ sessions each week

• Have expertise as behavioral health generalists and are open to seeing couples/children with our support

• Appreciate autonomy while thriving in a team-oriented environment

• Are interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts

• Must reside and be licensed in the state of service delivery

Compensation:
Competitive earnings up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus eligibility.
