A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Legal Case Manager to support its growing team. Responsibilities Include:

• Manage active caseloads and track critical case deadlines
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process
  
• Assist attorneys with drafting documents, organizing files, and preparing for hearings, mediations, or trials
  
• Maintain and update case management systems with accurate information
  
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel when necessary
  
• Organize discovery materials and support attorneys during all phases of litigation
  
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and deadlines are met
  

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience in a legal case management or legal assistant role
  
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar)
  
• Professional, client-centered approach
  
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
