Full-Time Associate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW Candidate)

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing California Licensure as an LCSW to provide a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role offers an enticing $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians providing 25+ hours of availability weekly.

What We're Looking For

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits plus 5 hours of administrative duties including supervisory meetings).

• Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children with our support.

• Clinicians who value both autonomy and teamwork.

• Strong character is essential; we prioritize integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of our office location and be able to work in the office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

• Flexibility in your work schedule is important.

Qualifications:

• Must live and be pursuing licensure in California.

• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.

• Must be approved as an ACSW by the board.

• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting addressing depression and anxiety is required.

• Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under supervision.

Compensation:
Up to $59,200 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
