Legal Assistant Commercial Litigation | Naples, FL (On-Site)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Project Assistant to join our client's growing Commercial Litigation team. This full-time, in-person role offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative group of legal professionals on complex litigation matters and special projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals.
• Assist with case management, document preparation, and trial readiness.
• Coordinate court filings, service of process, and hearing logistics.
• Support discovery efforts including document collection, review, and production.
• Prepare materials for depositions and trial presentations.
• Manage calendars, dockets, deadlines, and hearing folders.
• Handle e-filing, file sharing, and e-discovery tasks with precision.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of recent US civil litigation experience (construction, real estate, employment, appellate, creditors' rights, probate and trust litigation)
• Proficiency with state and federal court procedures. Must have PACER e-filing experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
