Lead Workday Analyst

Overview

Lead Workday Analyst for one of our construction equipment clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR technology projects, optimizing Workday systems, collaborating with various departments, improving HR workflows, and advising on best practices. The role requires strong experience with Workday HCM, excellent project leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of Workday modules.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Location: Stamford, CT

Duration: FTE/Direct Hire

Responsibilities

As Lead Workday Analyst, you will manage HR technology projects, optimize Workday systems, collaborate with HR and business partners, improve HR workflows, and advise on Workday best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM
• 3+ years of managing people
• Experience using EIB, Workday Studio, Web Services, and Core Connectors
• Experience integrating large amounts of data; experience working with business partners and development teams
• Combined education of: Bachelor's or higher in an IT/CS related field AND Business, Accounting, or Finance minor OR Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business AND IT/CS related minor.
