Lead Software Engineer

Engineering Solutions Lead

You will:

• Lead a team of high performing engineers and SDETs in the design/architecture, build, test, release, and support of engineering solutions in-line with enterprise and industry standards.
• Work with a variety of teams across the technology department to evaluate, estimate, develop and create high impact projects on schedule.
• Perform solution analysis, translating requirements into technical and non-functional specifications.
• Implement applications and services using C#, React, GraphQL, and various technical frameworks and data storage solutions.
• Mentor senior, junior, and mid-level engineers within your team.
• Write performant, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing.
• Consult with product owners and end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions.

The team is on a release solumn they are anticipating a plan release and want to make sure the repositories get deployed correctly. Jorge either has a lack or organization or communication and organization skills are key needs to get responses in teams relatively quickly. They need to be getting with QA to see where they are with automation.
