As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing equipment, contributing to the success of our high-quality, customizable products.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in the facility, dedicating approximately 90% of your time to this task.
• Conduct repairs as needed, accounting for about 10% of your time.
• Engage in facility maintenance projects, excluding grounds maintenance.
• Work independently and oversee project scheduling and day-to-day duties.
• Handle electrical tasks such as changing fuses, troubleshooting hydraulic presses, replacing sensors, and working with 24-volt DC systems.
• Wire 480v 3-phase motors and run conduit.
• Perform HVAC maintenance, including changing filters and maintaining system equipment.
• Possibly work with compressors and motors as needed.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of electrical experience with industrial machines or equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
• A basic understanding of PLC inputs and outputs and comprehension of ladder logic.
• Experience working with blueprints and schematics is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined individuals are encouraged to apply.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
