Position Summary This Lead Director position leads a team of 5 colleagues directly and 85 indirectly who are collectively responsible for the timely and comprehensive collection and preservation of cash associated to Retail Pharmacy revenue while minimizing our cost to collect. The Lead Director contributes to fostering a strong culture of employee engagement and compliance.

The Lead Director contributes to driving efficient operations, continuous improvement, and short and long term strategy development and execution. The role requires frequent collaboration with teams throughout Finance, Operations, Contracting, Legal, Compliance, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related work experience.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Drives strategy and implements strategy execution.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Adept at business intelligence.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Healthcare Experience.
• Revenue Cycle Experience.
• Experience in vendor management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
