Key Responsibilities
- Oversee text and shopping ad campaigns across various product lines and business sectors.
- Assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Managers.
- Stay current with advertising tactics on Google and Microsoft platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing and paid search campaigns.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with an adaptable mindset.
