We are seeking a dedicated Lead Cleaner responsible for the final cleaning scope at a significant data center construction site. This role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Wipe down server racks to maintain cleanliness and prevent dust accumulation.
• Sweep, mop, and dust the facility to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Work comfortably at heights as required.
• Lead and manage the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in commercial or industrial construction sites.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficient with cleaning, housekeeping, and sanitizing tasks.
• Ability to operate a scissor lift or boom lift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Any prior cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Janitorial or sanitation experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience with customer interaction.
• Experience with buffers or cleaning equipment is a bonus.

Work Environment:

The role offers two shifts: First Shift from 7AM to 3:30PM, and Second Shift from 2PM to 10:30PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are required to wear jeans and steel toe boots, with all other PPE provided. The team will wear white suits at the site, ensuring a professional and safe work environment.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
