Skilled Laborer Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

A leading construction company is hiring Skilled Laborers to assist in the assembly and installation of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. What You'll Be Doing

• Cut, stage, and bolt metal components based on blueprints
• Use tools like pry bars, tin snips, pliers, ratchets, spud wrenches, hammers, levels, and speed squares
• Operate scissor lifts safely with proper PPE and harnesses
• Support welders and foremen in structural assembly

What You Bring

• 2+ years of general construction experience
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Welding experience (MIG or stick) is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Environment

• Field-based work on metal structures
• Structured schedule with dedicated lunch breaks
• Overtime available weekly
• Safety-first culture with OSHA compliance

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Gretna, NE.
