Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Truss Builder. This role involves assembling wooden roof and floor trusses using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have experience in construction and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to assemble trusses accurately.

· Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials using saws, hammers, nail guns, and other tools.

· Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and structural integrity.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Pay Range:

· $19-$21 per/hour

Hours:

• 7am-530pm (M-Th) / 7am-12pm (Fri)

Work Environment:

• Indoor manufacturing facility with open-air elements.

• Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion are required throughout the day.

• Team-based atmosphere with a focus on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Skills:

• Prior construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic blueprints.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
