Compensation: $34.01/hr in the first 90 days, increasing to $37.01/hr thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility.
• Document all completed tasks and conditions found using maintenance computer software as necessary.
• Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair a variety of electrical components and systems, including low voltage automation systems and high voltage systems.
• Comprehend and work with mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Repair equipment near explosives, following all safety guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Experience working in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures, dust, and noise, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• At least one year of experience troubleshooting and maintaining various electrical components and systems (low, medium, or high voltage).
• Willingness to work underground in a mining environment.
• Current ATF certification or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with advance notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Certification as a Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain certification.
• A technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance from a trade school or equivalent experience (3 years).
• Certifications in Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance.
• Experience with high voltage systems.
• High school diploma/GED or two years of equivalent work experience.

Please note: Eligible candidates must pass a Ramsay standardized test.

A routine background check and Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) "Explosives Possessor" background check will be conducted to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
