Year Up United offers a transformative one-year (or less) job training program designed for young adults seeking to elevate their career prospects through intensive skill development, hands-on internships, and personalized coaching.
Participants are immersed in a blend of technical and professional training, with support from our esteemed partner, YUPRO Placement, for valuable internship and job placement opportunities. Internships may be available with top organizations such as Bank of America, American Express, or JPMorgan Chase.
Are you eligible?
To apply for Year Up United, you should meet the following criteria:
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday for the program duration
- Motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
- Be prepared for potential additional screening questions during application
What will you gain?
This program equips you with essential business and communication skills, interview techniques, networking strategies, and resume-building support. During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Take the first step towards building your professional career. An impressive 75% of Year Up United graduates secure employment or further education within four months of graduating. Graduates typically earn an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
