Job Overview

The IT Project Coordinator of Infrastructure supports the IT Project Manager of Infrastructure in the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects by assisting with the coordination of resources, processes, and timelines to meet project requirements. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for a range of initiatives, including new builds, divestitures, acquisitions, and building renovations. The IT Project Coordinator ensures effective communication, documentation, and task tracking to help achieve project goals efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Duties

The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows:

• Support the administration and execution of IT projects as directed by the IT Project Manager.
• Assist in issuing purchase orders (POs) and processing invoices for payment under the direction of the IT Project Manager.
• Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
• Track project progress, monitor dependencies, and assist in resolving issues and conflicts to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and escalating inquiries to the IT Project Manager as needed.
• Maintain and organize project assets for current and future projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Competencies

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and computer equipment installation process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) is a plus

Experience and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

• 2 or more years of experience in IT, administrative support, or project-related roles
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred, though an associate's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., internships, coursework) will be considered
