About the Role

As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading and delivering complex projects for our client in the manufacturing sector. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with managers, cross-functional teams, and clients.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project management for client initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee migration projects, coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Facilitate communication between client teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Detroit, MI.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• Previous project management experience, preferably in a consulting or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing Orchestrated Service Virtualization migration projects, preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

These Will Help You Succeed

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Familiarity with large-scale technology migrations.
