Responsibilities

• Analyze investment vehicle documentation and operational agreements
• Counsel clients on regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks

• Navigate regulatory inquiries and enforcement proceedings
• Support fund launches, structuring initiatives, and deal execution
• Provide strategic counsel to investment managers and capital providers

Qualifications

• Education: JD required, Illinois Bar admission
• Location: Chicago — on site
• Practice Area: Investment Funds Regulatory
• Top tier academic credentials and GPA
• Key Focus: Investment management regulatory compliance, securities filings, fund structuring, and advisory services
