Inventory Material Handler Mixer - First Shift
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, ISO-certified plastics manufacturer as a full-time, permanent Inventory Material Handler Mixer. Located in Nashotah, Wisconsin, this role involves a four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) with 10-hour shifts, offering a balanced work-life setup. The plant provides a comfortable work environment with air conditioning. Candidates will be engaged in crucial tasks involving detailed material handling and mixing operations, underpinned by robust safety and quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work combined with the challenge of precise material measurements and handling.
Salary: Up to $45,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately performing mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
Assisting in controlling inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability of stock.
Operating forklifts, grinders, and mixers with proficiency and safety.
Measuring and mixing raw materials according to precise specifications.
Sorting, labeling, and packaging final products for shipment.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Working autonomously with minimal supervision to meet production targets.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

At least one year of warehouse experience.
At least one year of experience operating forklifts.
Basic competence with computer systems.
Strong mathematical skills for handling formulaic calculations accurately.
Ability to commit to a first shift schedule across ten-hour workdays.
Solid work history indicating reliability and dedication.
Legal status as a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Residence within a 45-minute commute to Nashotah, Wisconsin.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or plastic production environment.
Additional certifications related to forklift operation or safety procedures.

Skills:

Proficiency in handling industrial mixing and measuring equipment.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle physical work for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
