This center is dedicated to helping elderly patients maintain their independence while receiving quality healthcare services in a community-based setting. The team-oriented atmosphere focuses on delivering patient-centered care with an interdisciplinary approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to join a respected healthcare team serving a vulnerable elderly population. The position allows for professional growth in a collaborative environment dedicated to comprehensive geriatric care.

Job Details:

• Full Time Direct Hire opportunity
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric Patients
• Work with a high-census patient population requiring comprehensive care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to elderly patients
• Utilize your internal medicine expertise in a program designed to keep seniors in their communities
• Opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and quality of life
• Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a long-term care model
• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Active CA License, BC/BE

Compensation:

Competitive Salary with full comprehensive benefits. Salary Range $132-175/hr DOE
