An Oregon healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director of Environmental & Food Services!

The Position

• The Interim Director of Environmental & Food Services will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the facility.
• The Director will review the implemented standards and work procedures for staff members and will conduct regular inspections, making recommendations to ensure improvement amongst the facility management and nutrition team(s).
• Seeking an experienced leader who will be able to provide staff with all necessary education and training when needed, in addition to ensuring survey readiness.
• Ideal candidates will bring experience in support services, facilities maintenance, food services, and/or supervisory experience in EVS in a hospital setting.
• Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
