A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, heres what you can expect as a Premium Cook

Responsible for preparing food to be served to guests in the venues Premium locations such as restaurants, suites, and catered events for guest satisfaction
Follow recipes to prepare and cook Premium menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment
May have direct contact with guests working at Chefs Tables slicing meats or preparing dishes to order
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Adapt to shifting between Premium locations within the arena
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
Perform any other duties as assigned

Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Desire to cook (a lot) and sharpen your skills
Work both independently and with a team
Experience working in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant or catering required
Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
