Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Integration Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the integration strategies with acquisitions and transition services for divestitures.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Leads teams through integration programs that address the highest priorities for our business, generally with a focus on one deal at a time.
• Develops business integration plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Manages execution of integration plans and ensuring on-time execution.
• Partners with business leaders to coordinate integration activities with broader business operations.
• Take ownership of integration-related business challenges and drives solutioning.
• Responsible for achieving deal budgets.
• Builds detailed execution plans for deal value drivers.
• Identifies risks to integration success and leads problem-solving with senior leaders to mitigate those risks.
• Owns leading deal commitments and targets.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 7 years healthcare industry experience including experience leading large strategy and execution programs; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Prior M&A experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $124,256 - $186,384. Locations: Illinois
