Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers and teams handling property damage, records, demands, negotiations, and lien negotiations.
- Run analytics to identify case sources and develop strategies to close clients.
- Lead all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring cases are worked up properly by case managers.
- Gather necessary information, documents, and evidence for each case.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding case progress.
- Collaborate on case evaluation, strategy, and medical management to maximize case value and settlements.
- Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases and lead meetings with team members to ensure efficient case management.
- Ensure all team members and departments meet KPI goals.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
- Previous experience in pre-litigation or litigation personal injury cases.
- Ability to close cases
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and train others
- Passion for representing injured clients against insurance companies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and guide team members.
