A respected law firm is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with 5-10 years of experience to join their New Jersey office. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging insurance litigation cases in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, auto, and other related claims.
• Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to develop defense strategies, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and provide high-quality legal representation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• 510 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Proven trial experience (required).
• Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
