Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in St. Louis!

If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a "Hunter Mentality"!

This role would oversee a territory that includes the North side of St. Louis above I-70 and extends 75-100 miles East into Southern Illinois. Looking for a candidate that lives in the St. Louis metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the St. Louis branch office

Compensation:

• $60-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus
• Commission averages $30,000 the first year
• Guaranteed commission of $20,000 for the first 12 months (approximately $1,665 per month)
• Annual bonus potential of $12,500
• Total annual compensation averages $102,500 - $107,500

Qualifications:

• B2B sales experience with prospecting
• Strong technical aptitude to learn about industrial equipment
• Industrial sales and capital equipment experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have a current/valid driver's license with a clean record
