Major Accounts Sales District Manager

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50--999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
• Spend most of your time in the field selling; document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until your new business is up and running on the solutions you sell.
• Collaborate with leaders to pursue advancement and receive continual sales training.
• Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts and serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Confidently fearless, embracing opportunities and challenging the status quo.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.
• Trusted advisor with strong relationship-building and integrity.
• A college degree is not required; if no degree, acceptable experience includes two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales and three+ years in HCM/technology/software sales; military experience is a plus.
• Preferred: ability to build a network and use social media for sales.
