Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. This position will primarily focus on the utilities and manufacturing equipment side of maintenance.

Apprentice Mechanic level - 25hr

Mechanic level 1 -28hr

Mechanic level 2 - 31hr

Mechanic 3 - 33-47hr

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems including motors, conveyor systems, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of production machines, boilers, pumps, and packaging equipment.
• Handle maintenance of material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical work, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience with pneumatics, mechanical pumps, and conveyors.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 120-480 volt and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in PLC systems.
• Strong mechanical skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $97500.00/yr.
