Trillium Construction has an immediate opportunity for a Lead Industrial Mechanic/Millwright.

Job duties:

• Knowledgeable in performing maintenance, corrective, and preventative maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Will be required to troubleshoot (including electrical troubleshooting), repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyor systems.
• Response time is prompt and orderly and able to all safety protocols (always).
• Must be able to operate tools safely.
• Ability to fill out necessary paperwork in a complete and professional manner.
• Will be expected to lead a team of 2-10 millwrights.
• Responsible for keeping track of expenses and submittals in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure that work truck and sites are ready with appropriate tools and be sure truck is "road ready".

Working 40-60+ hours per week, with many overtime weeks and sometimes a 7 day schedule. There will be required travel, typically in CA (majority in So Cal) with some Nor Cal work. Paying up to $45 for a qualified candidate with per diem. This position also includes full benefits, 401K, medical, dental, life insurance packages, and a company vehicle.

MSHA 48 or equivalent

OSHA 10 or equivalent

Must be willing to assist in all aspects of construction work when installing or removing equipment.

Knowledgeable and able to keep a production line working efficiently.

Travel is required and sometimes for weeks at a time.

Candidate must be flexible and willing to support for special projects.

Safety is the first priority. Must practice safety and lead by example.

Candidates must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license.

Be able to pass a drug screen.
