Maintenance Engineering Technician

Direct hire. Shift: 3rd (10pm-6am). Pay: $32-$38 per hour with double time on Sundays.

Join a dynamic team focused on maintaining and optimizing high-speed production machinery within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with complex systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and machine troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues including AC/DC systems, control wiring, sensors, motors, and drives.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals to maintain and repair machinery.
• Respond promptly to machine alerts and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Install new machines and conduct regular changeovers and maintenance on existing equipment.
• Work with high-speed automation systems, ensuring all components such as motors, belts, gauges, and gearboxes are in optimal condition.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical background with skills in diagnosing and repairing AC/DC systems, control wiring, sensors, motors, and drives.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with troubleshooting, blueprint reading, molding machines, and circuit analysis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in high-speed automation.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
