A well-established food manufacturer in western Ohio (75+ years in business) is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift (5:00 a.m.1:30 p.m.). This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in industrial or food manufacturing maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team.

Pay: $70K$75K

Lead & supervise the 1st shift maintenance team

Oversee repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

Support production operations with minimal downtime

2+ years in a maintenance supervisor/lead role

7+ years in industrial or food manufacturing maintenance

Strong leadership and accountability

Plus: experience with ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics
