About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our production equipment operates at peak performance through expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair industrial production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations.

What You Bring

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and 3-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and controls maintenance.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with conveyor systems.
• Welding and installation capabilities.
• HVAC system knowledge.
• PLC programming experience is a plus!

Work Environment

You'll be working in a large-scale food and beverage manufacturing facility. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities, so appropriate attire such as smock coats and hair nets is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.
