Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to maintain automated machinery and equipment, with a focus on electrical needs. This role involves inspecting, repairing, and performing maintenance on all manufacturing machinery.

Shift: 1st shift 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $30-$37/hour

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and use a voltage meter.

• Have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, and 480V electrical systems.

• Organize data and maintain manual records.

• Order repair parts and supplies as needed.

• Install and paint equipment as required.

• Design and build support activity equipment.

• Assist with facility and building modifications.

• Be available for potential weekend projects.

• Accept nighttime calls as part of the role.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical systems and phase motors.

• Experience with AC/DC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Skills in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Capability in PLC operations and welding.

Work Environment

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors on large rock manufacturing equipment, with 90% of the work conducted indoors. Candidates must be comfortable working in various elements. The role operates on a first shift from approximately 7am to 4:30pm/5pm.
