Position Type: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours Weekly
Position Summary:
The Engineering Maintenance Technician 1 will Investigate building systems and document operational data; and prepare recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs, and evaluations. This work is performed under the Engineering Project Manager's general supervision and under engineers' technical oversight.
REQUIRED

High school diploma or equivalent.
7 years related work experience can be substituted for education on a 2:1 basis.
Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and/or maintenance discipline), such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.
Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal and regulatory stipulations and codes.

Salary Range: Minimum 28.05 per hour - Maximum 46.31 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
