Job Description

Lead or support the implementation of Veeva Align, including configuration, data model design, and integration with Veeva CRM and other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and define business functionalities related to sales interactions, territory alignments, sampling, and post-call follow-ups.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Veeva teams to ensure alignment on solution design, compliance, and governance standards.
• Provide guidance on integration architecture, including inbound/outbound connectors and third-party system interfaces.
• Support change management, training, and UAT activities as part of deployment readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Veeva Align solutions post-implementation.
• PST time zone is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience of CRM consulting experience, with at least 2 years in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data migration, integration architecture, and system validation processes.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills. PST time zone is preferred
• High School Diploma/ GED
