Sr. Functional Architect

As a Sr. Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP Commerce solutions to enhance customer service and back-office functionalities. You will be a valued member of the SAP Commerce team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commerce solutions to enhance customer service functionalities.
• Drive the development of SAP Commerce B2C solutions to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the implementation of SAP Commerce B2B functionalities to support business growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP Commerce PCM functionalities for better product management.
• Provide expert guidance on optimizing SAP Commerce WCMS functionalities for improved content management.

Work model: Remote with travel from the United States only.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Extensive experience in SAP Commerce-Customer Service Functional, SAP Commerce-Backoffice Functional, and SAP Commerce WCMS Functional.
• Expertise in SAP Commerce PCM Functional, SAP Commerce B2C Functional, and SAP Commerce B2B Functional.
• Strong understanding of Crew management systems and Fleet management systems within the cruise domain.
• Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective SAP Commerce solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new SAP Commerce technologies.
• Experience contributing to the development of best practices and standards for SAP Commerce implementations.

Salary and Other Compensation: This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
