Hiring for Carpenter Foreman in Spokane Valley, WA - $21-25/hr.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead and work alongside a team of laborers and carpenters on-site. This role requires hands-on involvement in construction tasks and oversight of formwork and concrete panel pouring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of carpenters and laborers on-site

• Oversee the construction of forms, ensuring they meet all project specifications

• Supervise and assist during the pouring of concrete panels, verifying alignment with blueprints

• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and workmanship

Essential Skills:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction environments

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical drawings

• Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power equipment, and precision measuring instruments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
