Engineering Team Lead

As a critical part of our team, you will lead the ongoing initiatives to implement and expand our portfolio of seamless, secure and resilient monetary implementations, and to guide a team of talented developers toward success. Primary Responsibilities:

  Oversee and contribute to the implementation of modern money movement API solutions that includes integrations with multiple disparate systems

  Collaborate with developers and architects on RESTful api solutions built with java, spring boot and MSSQL.

  Guide a team of developers (mix of contractors and full-time employees) to deliver on money movement initiatives.

• n

  Serve as subject matter expert in assigned area of responsibility to effectively design, implement, and manage application operations leveraging enterprise monitoring and alerting

  Build and scale the technology team by hiring additional developers as needed.

  Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations.

  Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
