nDepartment: UCHlth IT Imaging Engineering
nFTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
nShift: Days
nPay: $37.04 - $55.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
nSummary:
nMaintains assigned medical imaging equipment and support systems.
nResponsibilities:
nResponds to support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.
nDiagnoses, resolves and closes medical imaging equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
nPerforms routine safety and image quality assurance verifications, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.
nDemonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.
nWithin scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
