ILS Manager

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ILS Manager to join our team at Hill AFB, UT . This role supports the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort.

Responsibilities

• Technical expert responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating total logistics management from concept through field deployment.
• Develops and analyzes logistics policies for assigned programs applicable to DoD components.
• Knowledge of automated logistics systems.
• Provides expert advice on FMS case management and program performance.
• Knowledge of policies, regulations, laws, and practices related to acquisition and logistics management.
• Application of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods.
• Understanding of DoD, Air Force, and related organizational structures and logistics processes.
• Skill in planning, organizing, and overseeing development, production, and support of systems.
• Ability to manage various logistics functions supporting research, development, and support systems.
• Provides ILS administration, including supply, purchasing, provisioning, and reliability analysis per DOD requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of automated logistics systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• F-16 avionics experience.
• Automatic Test Equipment experience.

Clearance Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time.
• Occasional movement inside the office to access files, operate machinery, or communicate via various methods, including delivering presentations.
