We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Security to support cross-functional initiatives. This role requires someone with strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills who can effectively track progress, manage data, and help ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project management activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating with multiple teams to meet deadlines.
- Review, update, and manage project-related data to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Oversee role-based access management processes, ensuring proper access to reports, systems, and applications.
- Generate and maintain reports in ServiceNow , ensuring visibility into project status, risks, and issues.
- Utilize Excel to track metrics, analyze project data, and produce reports for leadership.
- Support IAM/security initiatives by coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with access and security requirements.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager , preferably in IAM/Security environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with role-based access control (RBAC) .
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting .
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
