Job Description

We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Technicians and assist in managing the daily operations of the Service Department within a commercial and industrial HVAC company.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls and manage technicians.
• Handle customer requests and oversee billing.
• Create estimates and maintain inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and provide customer coordination and technical support for field technicians.
• Assist in ordering and tracking parts, tools, and equipment.
• Support the scheduling of subcontractors.
• Provide technical support and training for service technicians.
• Develop training programs and review technicians' needs and requests.
• Enhance customer relations and communication.

Essential Skills

• Experience in HVAC service, particularly in commercial settings, with a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and service.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
