Human Resources Generalist- Temporary

Position Title: HR Generalist - Temporary
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Temporary HR Generalist to support core HR functions during a critical project period. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting benefits administration, and driving key initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee support
  
• Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  
• Assist with benefits administration, including planning and executing open enrollment
  
• Maintain accurate employee records in UKG and ensure data integrity
  
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety standards, and company policies
  
• Administer and track employee leaves
  
• Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designated HR functional areas and lead assigned HR projects
  
• Process payroll; provide backup support for payroll team
  
• Generate and distribute HR-related reports as required
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  
• Proficiency in UKG preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
  
• Demonstrated understanding of HR compliance and best practices
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
