About Us
A leading manufacturer is seeking with steady growth over the past 5 years are looking to add a dedicated HR Generalist/Manager to support the expanding team. Experience in the manufacturing space is a must and this person must be comfortable in a stand-alone role and to build the HR Team over the next 5 years.
The Role
This is a standalone HR role reporting directly to the CFO. The HR Generalist/Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, with the opportunity to build out the HR function as the company continues to grow. You'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and long-term talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts, particularly for manufacturing positions
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy
- Assist with compensation planning and bonus structures
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
- Proven experience in an HR role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Familiarity with payroll processes and compensation planning
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Competitive salary: $75,000-$85,000 bonus potential
- 3.5% 401(k) match
