HR Support Specialist

As an HR Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team with essential administrative tasks that help keep our workforce informed, recognized, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming requests in the HR inbox
• Conduct employee record searches and data retrieval
• Submit and track unemployment claims
• Provide administrative support for employee recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with labor law posting requirements across locations

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Reliable internet connection for hybrid work option

Work Environment

• Flexible work model: Full-time onsite or hybrid (23 days onsite per week)
• Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work days

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
