Our client, in Traverse City MI is seeking a Housing Outreach Case Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Housing Outreach Case Manager (Part Time)

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $20.

Shift:

What's the Job?

Meet clients where they are to work on getting them into housing. Refers clients to other agencies and programs for basic and specialized needs. Prepare and maintain the required documentation, including housing and personnel documents and reports.

What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or other Human Services field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed social worker preferred. Two years in related experience with case management services, housing, and homeless populations preferred. CPR/First Aid certification. Valid Driver's License with a clean, safe driving record. Chauffeur's License, or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
