A Guest Request Attendant is responsible for delivering Housekeeping items in response to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

As a Guest Request Attendant, you would be responsible for delivering Housekeeping items in response to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Retrieve, clean, shine and return guest shoes
• Prepare rollaways and cribs and return them to designated storage areas
• Assist in maintaining Housekeeping storerooms, closets and offices
• Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX
• Polish brass, as needed
• Greet guests in a friendly manner

The hourly rate is $17.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
