About the Role
Carewatch of Michigan is hiring a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personalized in-home care to a client in Battle Creek, MI. In this role, you will support the client's daily routine, offer companionship, and help maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging home environment.
This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is patient, dependable, and enjoys helping others in a one-on-one setting.
What You'll Do
• Assist with daily routines and provide friendly companionship
• Offer encouragement and emotional support
• Engage the client in simple, structured activities
• Prepare basic meals based on client needs
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean living space
• Follow the care plan and communicate any changes or concerns to agency staff
What We're Looking For

• Reliable and professional with a caring, patient attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Must pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
