Job Details

Seeking a professional Registered Nurse who speaks fluent Mandarin or Cantonese to perform health assessments for patients in their home and facility settings to assess a patient's health care status and needs
Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately.
Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations

Qualifications

Graduate of approved school of nursing
Current NYS RN license in good standing
1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)
Able to function independently with minimum supervision
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive independently and autonamously in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting as well as in patients homes
